Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan

In this project, Steve Germann wrote an interpretive plan for an exhibit that would relate the history of Fort Brady, an installation on the U.S. Canadian border which protected the Sault, at first the natural rapids and later the man-made locks in the passage between Lake Superior and Huron. The fort served many roles  from the early 19th century to its closure  in 1961. The exhibit was planned for one of the historic fort buildings still in use on the LSSU campus.
